There was a computer update, now my headset does not work

The sound settings have likely been defaulted on the computer.

Verify Windows sound settings: from Windows desktop > Right-click Speaker icon (beside time clock in the lower-right corner of screen) > right-click (not left-click) > select Playback devices > select Plantronics headset “ look for a green check icon on the Plantronics headset and words Default Device. Do the same in the Recording tab to the right of Playback tab.

If Plantronics headset is not set as the default, it needs to be set as the default: right-click on the Plantronics headset > select Set as Default Device. Do the same in the Recording tab to the right of the Playback tab.
