About Us

Every year, over 40% of the products are thrown away that are in perfectly good condition. Our mission is to reduce the corporate spend on Telecom hardware (headsets, conferencing) by providing unmatched support to extend the lifetime of the products we sell. 

BTP is a specialized UC (Unified Communication) headset vendor with a warehouse located in the Seattle area since 1991. The company was founded by Eric and Marilyn Torrison with one core principle – direct to end-user support to increase the life of the product. In the age of AI, BTP is distinctly human (75% women employees), and we are proud to say that all the incoming calls are answered within 2-4 rings. That is a tall promise that BTP has been delivering for 30+ years.

Post-sales:

  • We become your Headset Helpdesk
    • Relieve your in-house IT helpdesk and utilize our direct-to-end user support
  • We facilitate warranty fulfilment over the phone
    • Most companies do not take advantage of the warranty coverage because they don’t have time
    • Our experts will fulfil warranty claims on your behalf over the phone within 10 minutes*
    • *Every headset manufacturer is different. In our experience Poly and Jabra have the most relaxed policies making it easy to process the warranty claims.

Headset life-cycle management:

  • Do not throw away gently used headsets. Send an email to info@btpi.com and let us find out if we can get you credits for your used headsets that can be used to purchase the new ones.

We have sold and supported over 60 million dollars’ worth of headsets with the average customer age of 20 years. Our expertise is in Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, and Public Sector companies where productive collaboration is critical to their success. Directly supporting knowledge workers and call center staff is our core expertise. With our in-depth knowledge, we know how to design solutions for side-by-side listening (call centers), and side-by-side listening and speaking (translation). As a stocking reseller, we advance purchase your inventory so most orders ship out on the same day. For larger enterprise customers, we also take their stocking orders and keep their inventory in our warehouse at no extra charge.

Conferencing helps clients maximize communication effectiveness during meetings, while slashing travel expense and saving valuable time.
