ZoomSwitch Trainer – Training Adapter Switch for Wireless and Corded Headsets

  • Allows 2 people to connect to a desk phone and hear both sides of the call
  • Employees can train a second person by allowing them to hear both sides of a call
  • This simple training adapter lets managers and supervisors move freely and monitor employee calls – just plug into the open port on the bottom of the ZoomSwitch
  • Several applications are possible: connect two wireless headsets; connect one wireless and one corded headset (must use amp); or connect two corded headsets (must use amp)
  • Telephone handsets are not compatible in the ZoomSwitch Trainer
  • Easy to set up: connect the modular cord into an amp, then the amp into the handset port of the telephone; then connect 2 modular headset cords (wireless or wired) into open ports A & B on the bottom
  • Press the A or B mute buttons to mute either person
  • Either or both microphones can be muted by pushing the mute buttons on top
  • On the back switch position 1 deactivates the mute buttons; position 2 enables use of the mute buttons
  • Mute function is not clickless, therefore the customer may hear a click
  • Actual size 3″ X 2″ X 1″
  • Modular 4-pin cable measures 9″ long
  • Has rubber feet to help prevent sliding on the desk
