- If the supervisor will be speaking, both users MUST have the exact same H series headset top, otherwise the supervisor will sound garbled

- Includes a short pigtail cord (back) and long 10′ coil cord (front)
- Must purchase the second 10′ coil cord (PL-2671601) for supervisor – it is not included
- Both the supervisor and the rep may speak at the same time or use the mute button to mute the rep side only
- Supervisor and rep may each plug into either port (the front or the back port) – but normally the supervisor plugs into the back port with the handset icon, near the AC adapter port
- AC adapter included, no batteries required
