• Compatible with Plantronics Savi Office and CS500 series Wireless Headset Systems, and MDA adapter series
• The difference between this product and PL-HL10 is this product has a straight plug connection to the base, and PL-HL10 has an right angle plug connection
• Does not work with CS50, CS55, CS70N, CS351N, CS361N, or AWH-55, the charging base cannot sit flat on the desk
• If you are connecting a Savi Office series or CS500 series wireless headset to a desk phone, this handset lifter lets you answer and end calls remotely
• Fits on telephone under the handset (receiver)
• Beeps headset upon receiving an incoming call – press the “On” button on the headset and it lifts the telephone receiver off hook. Press “On” on the headset again and it hangs up the phone
• No desktop footprint
• Not compatible with trim line styles or cordless phones
• Will not work with a shoulder rest attached to the handset because of weight
• Includes external ring sensor
• Includes 4 inch extension arm so the lifter works on Nortel 3900 series phones (arm may be purchased separately (see Handset Lifter accessory kit)
• Some phones, including the Avaya Merlin series, are not compatible – please call with compatibility questions
• For Polycom SoundPoint IP 301, 430, 501, 550, 601, and 650 phones lifter arm accessory required
