Polycom Headset Jack Adapter

• Manufacture Discontinued, No Replacement 
• Allows you to connect a modular headset to certain Polycom phones
• 2.5mm to RJ9 adapter
• The Polycom SoundPoint IP 320, 321, 330, and 331 phones have a 2.5mm headset port located on the right side of the phone
• This headset jack adapter (P/N 2457-110-95-002) allows headsets terminated in RJ9 modular jacks to be used with SoundPoint IP 320, 321, 330, and 331 phones
• Plug the headset RJ9 jack into the adapter, then plug the adapter into the 2.5mm port on the right side of the Polycom phone as shown in the picture above and under “Datasheet” tab
• You may plug in a corded headset or a wireless headset base, as long as the connection is 4-pin modular
• The headset operates as before
• Approximately 1″ X 5/8″
• 4-pin modular connection on opposite end
