Plantronics wireless headsets with date code L4 are shipping with a new battery that has more talk time! If you™re using any of the following models, the new battery will be backward compatible: Plantronics CS510, CS520, CS510-XD, CS520-XD, Savi 410, Savi 420, Savi 710, and Savi 720. In narrowband mode talk time will be up to 13 hours. In wideband mode the battery offers up to 8.5 hours talk time. The chart below shows talk time and standby time.
Important: the new battery is compatible with current wireless headband-style headsets only, meaning wireless headsets that have a non-detachable headband. It is not compatible with Plantronics manufacturer discontinued CS351N/361N or Savi WO300/350 or any convertible style wireless headset.
BTP has the new battery in stock now, and at the same price as the original. It comes with a removal tool so it’s real easy to install.
