Finding the serial number of your headset can be a bit challenging but is essential. The serial number determines if your headset is still under warranty, allowing you to access replacements if needed.

In this guide, we will explore several methods to locate your headset’s serial number. You may find the serial number on the charging base, by accessing the Plantronics Hub, by using the Poly Lens application, or directly on the headset itself.

  1. Check the bottom of your charging base.

Flip or lift your charging base to see the bottom. Look for a sticker there; it might be silver or any color. Find the part that says “Serial Number” or “S/N” on the sticker. Right next to it, there’s a special code with letters (A-Z) and numbers (0-9) that’s 6 characters long. This is your charging base’s unique serial number.

2. Open the Poly lens application and select your headset.

3. Go to the Support tab and select device info and logs.

Under the device info and logs, you will see your headset details like software version, serial number, PID Software Components, and customer software update.

4. Another way is to check your Plantronics hub application.

5. Depending on the type of headset, the serial number may be located on the headband.
