Ensuring a seamless connection and functionality of your headset involves a few critical steps. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you through the process:

Establish a Connection with the USB Dongle
The initial step is to confirm that your headset is connected to the BT600 or BT700 USB dongle.

Verify Charging Status
Next, it’s crucial to ensure that your headset is charging correctly. To do this with the Voyager headset:

Place it on its charging base.
