Problem: You’ve had your headset a few months, but it seems to be acting strange all of a sudden. It’s been great up until now, so what’s going on?
Headsets and base stations rely on their installed firmware for all the functions and features that make them so convenient. The firmware from the factory is not always the most current version available, and periodically needs to be updated to keep your device running smoothly with all the applications that are present in our working lives. Here’s how to check for updates for your device:
Solution:

-Install the Plantronics Hub application.
-Once you have it installed, make sure your headset base or dongle are plugged into the PC.
-Here’s where to look for updates:

For Poly Lens:
-Install the Poly Lens application.
-Once you have it installed, make sure your headset base or dongle are plugged into the PC.
-Here’s where to look for updates:

-Once you click Update, it will make the device unusable for up to 15 minutes, so try to update it when you have a few moments.
Outcome: An updated headset should perform better, and fix connectivity issues that can arise.
