“Nobody raves about average” – Bill Quiseng.
National Customer Service Week is an opportunity to bring attention to customer service and the relevance it has to business success and our economy. When is the last time you had an over-the-top customer service experience? Keep thinking. (Did the question remind you of those that were not so great?)
With all of the new and fancy technology around us, you’d think customer service would be improving everywhere. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Some might say customer service is dead with all the horror stories you hear about airlines, retail, cell phone companies, restaurants, and others.

October 5-9, 2016 worldwide.
Great customer service comes from individual thought, and the plain old fashioned desire to help, please and respect others. This week is an annual celebration in 50 states and 60 countries around the world that is sponsored by the Customer Service Group!
If you are in the Northwest, you can learn more about professional customer service through the Northwest Customer Service and Support Professionals (CSSP). They meet monthly and share ideas for call centers, contact centers, service desks and service portals.
