1. Purchase a minimum of ten (10) new Voyager 5200 UC on one invoice from BTP between 10/1/16 and 3/31/17.
2. BTP completes online claim form at www.plantronics.com/us/offers and includes a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
3. A Voyager Focus UC will be shipped to you within 30 days of validation of your claim.
